Aerotique offers many options for adults (aged 14+) in aerial and circus programming. We provide instruction from beginner to advanced and have a class for everyone!

This is an intro class for multiple of our apparatus! Are you interested in all of the things and don’t know where to start? Get a taste of what it feels like to fly in the air! Please sign up online in advance. We recommend taking at least 2 classes before moving on to Level 1.
No prerequisites!
These special offered apparatus-specific intro classes will work on light conditioning, body awareness, and a small choreography. Afterwards, students can take Level 1 classes of the chosen apparatus. No prerequisites!

This is the perfect chance to come get extra practice for all those skills learned in your classes. Multiple apparatuses and floor space will be open to use during this open fly time. Must have prior experience to utilize the apparatus. Apparatuses are first come first serve.
Tuesdays: 8:15-9:15PM
This class expands on the poses and techniques learned in Aerial Fundamentals. Students will learn different mounts as well as wraps, rolls, climbs and drops specific to the hammock. Students will continue to develop strength and control while working on flow and fluidity of transitions in sequences.

This is a mixed level 1 and 2 class. The goal for this class is to go over regular level 1 moves, poses, and transitions, in addition to approaching level 2 moves and transitions by breaking them down into smaller pieces so that students feel more prepared when they move on to level 2. This class will move slower than our level 2 class, but go over technique, body awareness and control, and strength building to make students more confident!

Take your hoop skills to the next level and further up on the hoop. This class will be working on more challenging combinations at a quicker pace both on the bottom of the hoop all the way to the top of the spanset!

This advanced class will be working further on strength conditioning, grip training and new transitions in and around the hoop. We will begin to explore more rolls, drops and spanset work including haloing the hoop!

In this class students will continue to grow their skills learned in the level 2 class. More in depth sequencing, poses inversions and drops will be covered. This class is perfect for a level 2 student looking to push themselves, or a level 3 student wanting to review moves and learn new ways into and out of familiar sequences.

Students will continue to expand on the skills learned in previous levels, working on endurance, form, and control, while practicing moves on both sides. After warming up, the class will feature conditioning on the silks, old and new climbs, and a sequence of moves and transitions.

In this class students will continue to develop and build skills with more advanced work with foot locks, climbs, wraps, sequences and drops. Students will also be working on conditioning and endurance as well as theory and choreography. This class will feature more conditioning than level 3 classes.

Come try this exciting and challenging aerial apparatus. This class is on the static trapeze bar where skills covered will be lower to the ground and designed to build strength and confidence.

Take your trapeze skills to the next level in this fun paced aerial class. Skills covered will move faster and combine multiple skills into a series.

This class is on the single point trapeze, also known as a dance trapeze. Please note, although this is the same apparatus as a static trapeze, the ropes come to a single point and are connected with a swivel, making it more similar to the aerial hoop!
We will focus on using students’ strength and knowledge of previous skills. Students will be progressively challenged as they add momentum to their trapeze work and learn to control their spin. By weaving together poses into sequences that increase or decrease momentum, students will learn how to utilise their spin to their advantage!

This class will feature an introduction to the fundamentals of aerial rope aka corde lisse as well as rope style silks. Students will build on silks knowledge and learn transitions, wraps, and drops specific to a rope configuration.

Students will build on rope skills, learning more transitions, wraps, and drops. Students will learn more beat pathways and begin to work on incorporating them into sequences. This is a shared apparatus class.
Prerequisites: Graduation of Level 1 Rope or instructor permission.

In this class, we will move through a yoga sequence supported by the aerial hammock. Some moves may rely completely on the hammock while for others the hammock may be used as an optional assist. This is a workshop for all levels and will include meditation, body awareness, and poses cued by the instructors.
A yoga mat is recommended for the mat, although we have some panel mats available at the studio.

Vertical, or harnessed, dance is an art form where a dancer is suspended in the air by a rope or cable and they are able to dance on a wall or cliff. Vertical dance low flow does not involve the wall or being more than a few feet in the air. This unique class combines the artistry of vertical dance with a focus on graceful, fluid movements close to the floor. Students will use their learned skills to weave seamlessly between the vertical space and the floor. The class will fuse the dynamic elements of aerial artistry with low-flow techniques, resulting in a fusion of strength, flexibility, fluidity, and creativity.

This chair dance class focuses on the theatrical movement that can be incorporated into choreography. We will be combining floor work, combos and poses played as different characters or emotions with various music pieces.

In this flexibility class we will use a variety of techniques to target specific areas of the body in an effort to increase our flexibility and body awareness. Some props may be used to assist and deepen stretches. This is a class for everyone regardless of flexibility level.
No prerequisites. Please note: This is not an aerial class, but the skills and gains made in this class will be useful throughout your aerial journey!

This class is for all levels to work towards building strength and flexibility using both floor work and aerial apparatuses. Students will work solo on apparatus such as trapeze, silks, and wall racks to build confidence in their own strength and coordination. Great for both students that are new to aerial and students looking to supplement their aerial training.
This class will have something for everyone and will tune you into your body and the areas you need the most attention.
No experience is necessary, for all levels and abilities.

This Barre and Personal Training fusion class uses both ballet and personal training techniques to focus on balance, strength, toning, cardio, and flexibility. Students will use a ballet barre, chair, or wall to follow the instructor for movement and breath cues.
Weights and resistance bands will be added during upper body exercises and mat work for difficulty.
